Unfortunately, there is unwarranted stigma around seeking mental health support in New Zealand. A lot of people hold off on asking for help as they don’t think their problems are big enough or they are afraid of what others will think.
You may feel a little off, feel the need to share something with someone impartial, feel stressed, feel anxious or depressed, or feel completely and utterly worn down and overwhelmed.
It can take a lot of courage to make the first step. At Resilience Psychology, we welcome all referrals and care for all individuals with the same high level of respect.
If we are unable to cater to your referral we will endeavour to direct you to alternate services.

Assessment: 80-90 minutes - $270 (incl gst).
Therapy: 50 minutes - $180 (incl GST) per session.
ACC rates apply for ACC work
Payment is by bank transfer on the day of your session or by Eftpos at the time of appointment. Credit cards will incur an additional 2.9% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is
no charge if you cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours notice. A full fee will apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and for failure to attend a booked session.
