We Build Skills for Life
Our Psychologists across Auckland and Wellington are experts in assessing mental health difficulties, understanding how the challenge or challenges developed, and applying reliable and scientifically supported treatment plans that are tailored to each individual.
At Resilience Clinical Psychology, we work with you not only to help overcome existing challenges but to build skills that will help you deal with the everyday stressors and situations that we all face.
These are skills that will stay with you for life.
We are proud to provide care that is inclusive, identity-affirming, and safe for the Rainbow community.

What to expect
The first step is to talk to a clinical psychologist in an assessment session. This is where the psychologist will gain an understanding of what’s going on for you and how the difficulty developed. Our Auckland based clinical psychologists will share their understanding with you and develop a treatment plan to work towards your goals.
