Free Consultations for Males on Radio Hauraki's 'No Talk' day
In support of Radio Hauraki's ‘No Talk Day’ on Thursday 10th September, Dr Kirsten Wooff, Registered Clinical Psychologist at Resilience Psychology is offering free and confidential 20-30 minute consultations for males of any age who have something they need to talk about.
We know the stats for male suicide and mental health difficulties in New Zealand are too high. We want to provide a non-judgmental space for those who don’t know who to talk to or what to say. It’s time to feel like yourself again.
Ahakoa te momo mate, whakanuia tangata.
This whakataukī or proverb is an expression of hope: regardless of illness or disease, people deserve dignity and respect and the opportunity to become well again.
